Message customers from the app
You can now message customers about orders from the app!
Next time you need to tell the customer “I’m outside” or “I can’t find the entrance”, tap the message icon in the top right hand corner of your order screen. Choose a prewritten message to start chatting with customers in the app.
It’s faster than calling – sending messages cuts out phone conversations that are hard to hear or understand. You can still call customers though – just click on Contact next to the customer’s details to get started.
All conversations will be recorded to resolve any problems for you and the customer. Inappropriate use or offensive language from either side won’t be tolerated.
