Message customers from the app
If you’re having trouble finding a customer you can now send them a message straight from the app, rather than calling.
If you need to contact the customer just tap the message icon in the top right-hand corner of your order screen. Pick one of the prewritten messages to start chatting with the customer in the app – simple as that.
Once the customer responds you can continue the conversation by typing your own messages or using one of the responses provided.
Chat is quicker, easier and more reliable than calling, meaning you can get the order to the customer and be on to the next order faster than ever.
Plus, all chat messages are recorded to help solve any problems for you and the customer. Inappropriate use or offensive language from either side won’t be tolerated.
If you still need to call the customer you can do so by tapping the phone icon.
