Help centre and Rider Support
Most questions can be answered by checking the help centre. The help centre has loads of helpful info – from questions about perks to making account updates. You can find this by clicking the ? icon in the bottom corner of this page. If you can’t find an answer, you can message Rider Support from there.
Call (only for live orders)
The phone team can only help you with questions related to live orders. Call the team for help with any order you are currently working on – including unassignments, and emergency support. You can call the team on 020 3699 9977.
If you’ve got a fee query, the quickest way to get support is to fill in a fee query form here.
If your backpack, thermal bag or jacket is damaged, or looking worse for wear, we can send you a brand new one for free. Just fill in this form to send us some pictures of the damage, and we’ll be in touch soon.
