Free first aid training
Would you know what to do if you come across someone who’s injured? Only 1 in 20 people in the UK know what to do when someone’s injured and their life is at risk.
Every day we hear stories of riders acting as heroes in the communities you work in. If you come across an emergency we want you to have the skills to know how to help and the confidence to get involved.
That’s why we’re offering you first aid training from the British Red Cross, completely free. You’ll learn the basics of dealing with an emergency, and what to do if you find someone who’s choking, unresponsive or not breathing.
Plus you’ll get access to loads of online information from the British Red Cross.
Hopefully, you’ll never need to use this training. But if you ever find someone needing urgent help, you’ll know what to do. It might even help you save a life.
