Edit your details in the app

You can now edit your phone number, email address, and bank details yourself, directly in the rider app – no need to contact Rider Support!

Just open up the app and tap your name at the top of the menu to open your details. Next tap ‘Edit details‘ to change your phone number and email address.

Tap ‘Payment information‘ to change your bank details – you’ll get an SMS confirming that you’ve changed your bank details. To make sure fees are transferred to the correct account, please make sure to update your bank details (if you need to) by 23:59 on Monday.

To get this new feature update to the latest version of the app. The first time you log in you’ll be asked to check your details.
